Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering, or using any part of the oasis88 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions contained in this document. This agreement is in effect between you as the user and oasis88 as the platform operator.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are asked not to use the oasis88 platform. Continued use of this platform after any changes to these terms is considered full acceptance of the amended terms.

Registration and Account Management

To use oasis88 services, you must register an account by providing information that is truthful, accurate, and complete. Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account. Registering or maintaining more than one account is a direct violation of these terms.

• Full name must match official identification documents (MyKad or passport)
• An active and reachable mobile phone number must be registered
• A valid email address is required for account verification and official communications
• You are responsible for updating your account information should any changes occur
• oasis88 reserves the right to request supporting documents for identity verification at any time

oasis88 reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of providing false or misleading information. All official communications from oasis88 will be sent to the email address registered in your account.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

oasis88 accepts deposits and withdrawals through approved payment methods, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH). The minimum deposit per payment method is RM20.

All deposited funds must originate from an account or payment method registered in your own name. oasis88 does not accept third-party deposits. Any attempt to deposit or withdraw funds using an unauthorised method may result in your account being suspended.

oasis88 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal, including copies of identification documents, bank statements, or proof of ownership of the payment method. This is a standard security measure to protect your account.

• Funds in the account do not earn interest
• Any applicable taxes imposed by authorities are the responsibility of the user
• oasis88 is not responsible for any delays caused by banks or payment providers

Bonus and Promotion Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered by oasis88 are subject to specific wagering requirements and validity periods. The oasis88 welcome bonus offers a 100% match of up to RM1,500 on your first deposit.

For a deposit of RM3,200, the maximum bonus of RM1,500 will be credited, bringing the balance to RM4,700. The wagering requirement is RM1,500 × 10 = RM15,000.

• Each user is eligible to receive the welcome bonus once only
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another user
• oasis88 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if the wagering requirements are found to have been manipulated
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the specified period
• VIP bonuses — Bronze (up to 0.5% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 1.0%) and Gold (up to 1.5%) — are subject to separate VIP programme terms

User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

Users are required to use the oasis88 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. Any form of platform misuse, whether direct or indirect, is strictly prohibited.

• Use of automated software, bots, scrapers, or other technical methods to gain an unfair advantage
• Coordinating bets with other users to manipulate game outcomes
• Abusing the bonus system through multiple accounts or identities
• Using credit cards or illegal funds to deposit money
• Any attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage oasis88 systems
• Making false or misleading claims against oasis88 or its staff

Violations of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of all account balances, and possible legal action where applicable. oasis88 uses fraud detection technology to monitor all activity on the platform.

Account Termination and Suspension

Users may close their account at any time by contacting oasis88 customer service via live chat or email. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable time, subject to the settlement of any pending transactions.

oasis88 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Confirmation that the user is under 21 years of age
• Providing false or misleading registration information
• Violation of any terms and conditions in this document
• Activity suspected of involving money laundering or fraud
• Requests from relevant authorities

Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer
